Donald Fourcade Obituary
Passed away at age 88 after a very short illness. His wife, Beverly, children and grandchildren were at at his side. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, greatgrandfather and father-in-law. He was a native of Denver, Colorado and retired to Mesa, Arizona. He spent 4 years in the Army as a paratrooper in the Eighty Second Airborne and was a Korean war veteran. After his service he became an elevator mechanic and worked for Dover Elevator and other companies for over 50 years. After retiring to Apache Wells, in Mesa, he volunteered for many more years doing maintenance, room remodeling and providing any other assistance that was needed. He and Bev traveled extensively in their motorhome in the US and took cruises and tours many places abroad. He also loved spending time with his family. A graveside service will be held at Mount Olivet Cemetery September, 21 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
