COORS, HOLLAND (HOLLY)
Holland (Holly) Coors, 88, passed away peacefully at her home in Golden, Colorado, on January 18, after a long illness. She is survived by five sons, Joe Jr., Jeff, Pete, Grover, and John, 28 grandchildren, and 24 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Coors was a tireless volunteer and philanthropist, serving on the boards of many foundations and organizations. She also represented the U.S. internationally through appointments by Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush.
Services for Mrs. Coors will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 28 at St. John's Cathedral in Denver. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Monarch Society, 303/837-8712. The family requests no flowers. Donations may be made to the Holland Foundation in care of the AMG Charitable Gift Foundation, 6501 E. Belleview Ave., #400, Englewood, CO 80111.

My condolences to the Coors family members. I was privileged to have served with Holly as a board member of the Academy Research and Development Institute at the Air Force Academy. She was a great lady.

Dear Coors family, I know that our Co. Canaan Friends all so appreciate Holly's spiritual influence...she brought so much JOY, LIGHT and LOVE for Jesus. We are glad that she is "safely home" in the arms of Jesus. Our prayers are now with you and yours.
