Born July 29, 1934, entered into the Gates of Heaven August 9, 2017. Preceded in death by his loving parents, Faustino and Elvira Garcia, one sister, Ruth Maes, one brother, George Garcia, two sons, Jerry and Leroy Garcia. Survived by his loving wife Emilia; children, Judy, Anthony and Susan; numerous grand and great grandchildren, two brothers, Richard and Paul and two sisters, Vera and Josephine. Served in Korea in the U. S. Army. Spent most of his life doing volunteer work for churches. He loved his Lord and Family. Services, Wednesday, Aug. 16 at 10 AM at Ridgeview Baptist Church, 38th & Youngfield St., Wheat Ridge, with viewing one hour prior. Interment, Fort Logan National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ridgeview Baptist Church or Collier Hospice.
