Frederick Hollis Obituary
Mr Frederick Hollis Brampton Mr Frederick Malcolm Hollis, of Brampton, Chesterfield, has passed away at Chesterfield Royal Hospital, aged 76.
A lifelong Chesterfield resident, Frederick was a field engineer for Gilbarco Veeder-Root, until his retirement in 2010.
His interests included amateur radio, gardening, walking around Linacre, cricket, cycling and his dog.
Frederick leaves his sons Andrew and Michael, grandchildren Bradley, Alfie and Scarlet.
The funeral service takes place on June 8, 2021, at Brimington Crematorium.
Funeral directors: B. Hattersley & Sons Ltd, 211 Chatsworth Road, Brampton, Chesterfield (01246 232820).

Cousin Sue, myself and Malcolm

I very much enjoyed meeting Frederick Malcolm Hollis (my cousin) during a visit to Chesterfield in 2018. Spent a wonderful afternoon at Manor Road finding out about the family history and examining photos and memorabilia stored in the shoe box which Malcolm retrieved from the attic! Also enjoyed meeting, albeit briefly, Andrew and Michael!
