Brian Widdowson Obituary
Mr Brian Widdowson, of Clowne, has passed away at Northern General Hospital, Sheffield, aged 71.
Born at Spinkhill and a lifelong resident of the area, he was a retired photographer and qualified plater, working at Birtley Engineering until his retirement in 2011.
His interests included travel, photography, fine wine (cheap-Aldi), bird watching, antiques, animals and dog walking.
Brian leaves his partner Doreen Bateman, sons Gary and Nigel Bateman, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral service takes place at Brimington Crematorium, on 18th November 2016, time to be confirmed.
Funeral directors: Porters Funeral Service, Station Road, Clowne (01246 570862).

So sad to learn of Brian's passing, he took our wedding photographs on 2010. Such a dear sweet man, my condolences to his family.

I worked with Brian over several years doing wedding videos where Brian was the photographer. He was very professional and made my job a lot easier. Great bloke.
