Don Paul Christy, age 90, born December 24, 1929 to John Peter and Kathryn Edelman Christy, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his wife Bobbie Christy and children LaDawn, Paul, and Scott and family on July 3, 2020. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 from 9 to 10:15 a.m. at Russon Mortuary, 295 N. Main St. Bountiful Utah, a private burial to follow at Lakeview Cemetery, Bountiful, Utah. Bobbie thank you for bringing Don into my journey of life. What a beautiful, gentle and kind man he is. Don has a way of validating, empathizing and leaving the judgmental rhetoric out of the conversations we shared. I always felt that Don truly cared about me and gently conversed with me on some of the issues that I live with. I never felt judged by Don or marginalized. What a beautiful soul and a gift of a man I got to cross paths with. My life is better having met this man. God bless and thanks for sharing a wonderful man with me.
