Steven Burdette Hardman 1955 ~ 2005 Steven Burdette Hardman passed away on March 18, 2005 in Salt Lake City, Utah at age 49. Steven was born to Jesse LeRoy and Betty Jayne Sperry Hardman on June 24, 1955 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was a very special spirit. He endeared himself to people with his infectious sense of humor. He endured countless injuries throughout his life with unbelievable courage, tolerance and determination. He loved and valued working as much as he was able. He was a great fan of the Jazz and a collector of movie videos (350). Steven was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He loved his family very much and truly enjoyed his nieces and nephews, especially when they were young. He taught us all patience, tolerance, compassion and love. He will be sorely missed, but we accept his "sweet release." Survived by his mother, Betty Hardman Harris, brothers - Michael (Monica); Richard (Elaine); Kevin (Lesley) and eight nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father, stepfather, Wilson Harris, and his grandparents. The family wishes to thank all the providers and caregivers who saw the "heart" in Steven and helped him through his many trials to be "all that he could be." Special thanks to CareSource Hospice for their tender and loving care of Steven and support of family.
