Foster F. Rutledge, 86, of Des Moines, Iowa, passed away March 2, 2013, in Atlantic, Iowa.

He is survived by Rose Rutledge, his wife of 66 years; son, Perry Rutledge and daughter, Candice Rutledge both of Las Vegas, NV; one daughter-in-law; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

His eldest son, Ned, preceded him in death on February 22, 2013.

Combined services for Foster and his son, Ned, are scheduled for 11 a.m., Saturday, March 16, 2013, at Hockenberry Family Care in Atlantic, Iowa. Visitation will take place at the lunch after the service.
