Geraldine (Gerry) M. Lee, 73, passed away Sunday, January 20, 2013 in Cedar Rapids, IA with her sons by her side. As it was Gerry's wishes to be cremated, family and friends will gather at Blank Golf Course Clubhouse for a celebration of life Saturday, February 2 at 1 p.m.
Gerry was a retired City of DM Public Works employee for over 30 years.
She enjoyed sports, traveling to visit friends and family in Colorado, volunteering at Elks Lodge #2752, family gatherings, and an occasional trip to the casino.
Gerry is survived by her sons Joe and Michael; grandchildren, Dylan, Jacob and Shelby; sisters/brothers-in-law, Alan and Janean Soroka, Albert and Judy Soroka, Dean Phipps, Bonnie and Jack Launsdale, Rick & Becky Lawrence, and her cousin Carol Gavito.
She was preceded in death by the love of her life Robert E. Lee Jr. (Joe), cousin Jim Gavito and sister-in-law Rhonda Phipps.

SO Sorry to hear abour Gerri, I worked at Public WOrks with her up till her retirement. She was a neat lady. My Sympathies to all the family
