Roger Kriebs Obituary
Des Moines - Roger Kriebs was born in Elkport, Iowa on October 31, 1927. He graduated from Elkader High School and immediately enlisted in the US Marine Corps. Following his discharge, he joined the US Air Force Reserves and was called into active duty during the Korean War.
Roger spent most of his working years in sales and enjoyed interacting with people. He and his wife, Lois, shared 48 loving years together. Roger treasured the years living at Lake Panorama, especially when the grandkids came for "Grandchildren Week". He was a proud Hawkeye fan.
Family and friends were very important to Roger (affectionately known as "Bops" by many) and his coffee time with Scottish Rite Park buddies was particularly special. He was a faithful member of Plymouth Congregational UCC.
Roger will be lovingly remembered by his wife Lois; and their children, Linda (Sam) Hatmacher; Pam (Rick) Prenger; Roger (Dana Neumann) Kriebs; Kathryn (Robert) Lynn; Kurt (Heather) Miller; Karlan (Ken) Mergl; 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Plymouth Congregational UCC. Memorial donations may be made to Plymouth Congregational Church Foundation or Scottish Rite Park Good Life Fund.

Roger will always be in list of favorite people. So many things to love about Roger - his generous heart, genuine interest in others, sense of humor, and the list goes on. He will be missed!
