Steven Wells Flack ARLINGTON -- On Sunday, January 27, 2019, Steven Wells Flack, loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed peacefully at the age of 75. FUNERAL: A funeral service will be held to honor Steve's life and memory at 2 p.m. Friday with a visitation at 1 p.m., at Greenwood-Arlington Chapel, 1221 E. Division Street, Arlington. He was born on March 14, 1943 in Wabash, Ind. A resident of Arlington for more than three decades, he maintained a deep affection for his Indiana roots and remained an avid Notre Dame fan for his entire life. An empathetic, warm soul, Steve had a successful career as a sales executive in the aerospace industry. For more than fifty years, he was a member of the Masonic Blue Lodge Mizpah, the Scottish Rite, and the Elks. His Christian faith shone through in his generous, selfless way of life. He could befriend anyone he met with ease and humor. He married Margaret Sue Perry on December 21, 1968. They recently celebrated their fiftieth anniversary. They had two children, Erin and Matthew, and four grandchildren, Lucy, Kate, Jack, and Owen. Steve was preceded in death by his mother, Martha Jane Flack (nee Burdge) and his father, Richard Wells Flack. SURVIVORS: He is sorely missed and lovingly remembered by his wife; his children; his daughter-in-law, Leah Flack; his grandchildren; his brother, Jim Flack; his family, and his friends.
