Wendell Conditt FORT WORTH-Wendell Conditt was born June 19, 1929, in Crane, Texas, to C.B. and Johnnie Mae Conditt. He passed away Monday, Dec. 31, 2018. MEMORIAL SERVICE: will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019, at Diamond Oaks Country Club. MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, his wishes were that donations to be made to the Fort Worth Junior Golf Club. Wendell was was an avid golfer and one of the founding members of Diamond Oaks Country Club. He was involved in the Fort Worth Junior Golf Club for 52 years which was his passion. He enjoyed working with young, aspiring golfers. He was also a supporter of the Texas Wesleyan College and Fort Worth First Tee. Wendell was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Lloyd; sister, Joyce; and the mother of his children, Helen Conditt. SURVIVORS: He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Harriett; sons, Ras, David, and John Conditt; daughter, Dena Wright; brother, Clyde Conditt; stepchildren, Scott Gammage, Gay Ellen Dunn; grandchildren, Niles, Carrie, Wendy, Nicole, Haylee and Celeste; and six great-grandchildren. Mr. Conditt will be greatly missed for his significant contributions to the many boys and girls jr. golfers lives. I hope the many lives his have touched reflect on those fond memories. I am very sorry for your loss.
