Arthur David Jackson, 50, passed away peacefully Saturday, July 12, 2014, at a Fort Worth hospital. Graveside service: The family had a private service Tuesday in Woodland Park Cemetery in Mineral Wells. David was a member of First Baptist Church in Mineral Wells. He was employed as a kitchen supervisor with Camp Grady Spruce in Possum Kingdom for 10 years and later worked for the Texas Department of Transportation as an engineering technician in the traffic section for 18 years. David loved being outdoors. He loved to fish and hunt. David loved his family and he especially loved to cook for them. At holiday gatherings, he was always be up early in the morning preparing a breakfast feast. It was something his family looked forward to and he enjoyed very much. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Jackson; grandparents, JC and Nina Jackson and AC and Virgie Robbins. Survivors: His mother, Norma Jackson of Round Rock; brother, Danny Jackson and wife, Diana, of Round Rock; daughters, Brittany Nordin and husband, Will, of Sanger and Crystal Jackson of Crowley; granddaughter, Skyleigh Jackson of Sanger; niece, Casey Jackson of Round Rock; and nephew, Matthew Jackson of Round Rock.
