Mr Brous was such a mentor to the young men that passed through the Panther Boy's Club over the years. Me included. He helped me become a Fort Worth Firefighter back in 1981.I'm sitting at Station #21 on the south side tonight 32 years later remembering the boy's club days. Did Mr Brous ever miss a basketball freethrow? God Bless the Brous family in your time of loss.

I have not seen Mr.B in several years just knowing he is gone has darkened this new year. On the outside he was quick witted and boisterous,(to this day I will not utter his middle name for fear of reprisal) but inside he cared more deeply about people than he let on. On occasion he was the father figure I never had and I learned alot from him. Nancy, Michie Joe,Bobby and Margaret heal quickly knowing he meant alot to a lot of us.

WHat an adorable man. I think one reason I joined Central Christian Church was seeing Michie every Sunday with that incredible smile and sweet hug. He played the piano with songs from the "Sting" . Michie just made me glad to be in his presence. His joy as a Christian made me humble.Judy Sager
