I still miss having Donna in our world. She was such an enlightened warm lady. Sometimes I see a woman in front of me with Donna's hairstyle & I am instantly reminded of her. It's just a little thing, but I like it when I get that feeling. I miss you, Donna, sweet friend.

Donna and I were friends at Woodward, OK high school in the late 60's. She was smart, beautiful, and very friendly to all. I just found out recently that she had passed. She was a bright star for all of us. May God grant comfort to her family and grant her eternal peace in His arms.

Jim, I was very lucky and fortunate to have the opportunity to know Donna when we worked in Recovery together at HEB in the 90's. I remember her and her Clavinova that she played one Christmas Eve that we had to work and how we both liked to talk about the free gifts we got from the Lancôme counter. Donna was a great nurse and a good friend, I wish I had known that she was sick otherwise I would have taken the time to contact her and have the chance to see her one last time. She is an angel in heaven now and in paradise and one day we will have the joy of seeing her again. You will always be in my thoughts and prayers, and it was an honor being a part of her life.

Working with Donna all those years at HEB I grew to love her, you Jim, and your wonderful cocker spaniel you took with you Saturday mornings. She was so afraid your heart would act up so she was so sure if she cooked just the right things you would be fine. I'm so sorry I didn't know she was ill or I could have spent time with her during the past year. Please believe me we are so saddened by this. Dave and I were driving past your street just Sunday and I said I'll have to call Donna. She will be be happy and singing in Heaven and if you need anything please don't hesitate to ask. God Bless You.

I worked with Donna in the OB/GYN department at HEB Hospital for many years. She was a wonderful friend, a great nurse, and a sincere animal lover. She spoke of Jim often and of their life together. She was very talented in many ways and enjoyed, as well as excelled, in her chosen profession. I shall miss her, but know that she is in a better place. God bless you, Donna.

I am so sorry we have lost Donna, beloved wife of Jim. He spoke of her often. They were one. May God comfort her family here on earth. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. God bless you all.
