Harry Lamont Glassner, age 92, of Columbus, OH, passed away January 20, 2018. He was born April 1, 1925 in Wheeling, WV to the late William "Raps" and Mary Glassner. He proudly served in the United States Army and was a WWII veteran. Harry worked as a cameraman for Channel Six Television and took great joy in covering Ohio State football and basketball games. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his seven brothers and one sister. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Marian Glassner; four children, Alan Glenn (Sharon) Glassner, Jeffrey Lamont (Mell) Glassner, Catherine Marie (Gary) Stilson and Sherri "Christy" (Aaron) Kiesewetter; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one sister, Iris London. Family and friends may visit 1-2 pm on January 28, at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St., Canal Winchester, OH 43110 with a memorial service to follow at 2 pm.
