Distelhorst Rita Gail Distelhorst, age 68 of Columbus, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2017. Born on February 19, 1949 to the late Irvan Bowens and Ida Estep in Williamson, WV. She was a member of the Columbus Christian Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, David L. Distelhorst; sons; Kenneth and Chuck; daughter, Tammy; grandchildren, Kaylin, Savannah, Giovanni, Trent, Taylor, Demitri; brother, Robert (Shirley) Bowens. Friends may call at the O.R. WOODYARD CO. 1346 South HIgh Street on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. where services will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. Interment at Green Lawn Cemetery.
