My cousin Toby Brief was visiting us . In Las Vegas when she told me Gerry had died. I felt as if I'd been kicked in the heart. Gerry and I knew each other for more than 60 years. He was a high school boyfriend. One of the smartest, most sardonic boys I knew. We met when I was freshman at Bexley H.S. And dated my whole freshman year. He was whip-smart with an underlying sweetness that you just didn't expect. RobUst and his kids, who were schoolmates of my own two children, my condolences. A sad, sad time.

To Judie, Pam and entire Swedlow family. I was saddened to hear of the death of Jerry. You never forget the support of a parent when you are coaching or teaching their child He was always a tremendous support and I really needed it ta certain times. In addition to his support he was a pillar in the community and a credit to his profession.
The miles did not allow me to be with you at this time, but you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Gerry will always be remembered fondly by his law school classmates. One of our most fun times came when we together visited the West Wing of the White Houses. -- I'll never forget the wide grin on Gerry's face as we realized what an honor it was to be there. Our deepest and most sincere sympathies to Judy and the entire Swedlow Family.

Judie,Pam,Debbie and Tracy,

My sincere and deepest sympathies to you.
What memories !
Warmed by my sweater the SliceMaster powered golf balls to the bushes, fairways and counties far to his right. On the dance floor he enthralled all with his flailing elbows and hunched shoulders. His ever-present legal wit exuded love and protection for his wife and daughters as well as staid reverence for his religion and stern attention to his profession.
For those of us near to Gerry he was a friend among friends and forever remains a gentlemen's gentleman.
