amazingly 5 months have now passed. we are getting by day by day; but miss you still. I pick up the phone sometimes to call you for your thoughts and advice, only to have a sharp and painful reminder that you are no longer there. how i yearn for one more day, one more conversation.

So sorry to learn about Phil's passing, and condolences to his family. As an old neighbor, I remember him fondly as Dave's right-hand "kid" when he accompanied Dave into Star Beacon Products on Saturdays when I worked there as a stock boy in the late '50's, and again when I revisited with him much later as a supplier/friend with a MI toy supplier,as he showed me around my old stomping grounds in the Goodale warehouse. My prayers are with all the family.

nearly two months and i miss you more today than the first day. your friendship was so important and i hope you knew that. I feel lost at sea. some days it is so overwhelming that i wonder what i will do.
