Tom, Tim and terry, Your dad made a big impact on my life. He told me how to buy the land in Hocking county where we now life. Also I told Tom in 1977 I had a client who wanted to sell a house for $8,000. He said he would buy it with out looking at it,but, It was time to get my feet wet. This led to my first rental. My dad served in Africa during the war. Dad like Tom didn't get any help. They paid for our freedom.
