Wolfe Brenda Margaret Wolfe, 91, passed away September 10, 2016 of natural causes in Westminster, Colorado. She was born in New York City to James and Christine O'Brien March 16, 1925. Brenda had a rich and vibrant life in New York and the many places she lived after marrying her military husband Gerald Patrick Wolfe. She was a resident of Ohio for over 45 years and a graduate of The Ohio State University and a teacher in the Columbus area. She was an avid reader and a life long student of life and all manner of topics and subjects. She was a devoted wife and mother and devoted her life to their well being. She will be greatly missed because of her deep caring and kindness for everyone she knew and met and because of her unending and keen sense of humor! She is preceded in death by her husband Gerald Patrick Wolfe I, son Gerald Patrick Wolfe II and grandson Kevin Rory Wolfe. Brenda is survived by her children, Rory, Bryan and Christine Wolfe; daughter-in-law, Suzanne Wolfe; her grandchildren, Kelly, Gerald Patrick Wolfe III and Jacqueline Wolfe; grandson-in-law, Jose Ramirez; and her great granddaughter, Wyatt Ramirez. She was laid to rest with her husband in Arlington National Cemetery on October 21, 2016. We have been honored to celebrate her life with friends and family in Westminster, CO, Washington, D.C. and Columbus, OH. Brenda and the family are requesting any donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
