Cary Anthony Maybury, age 69, of Columbus, Ohio, died February 27, 2018 in Worthington. Cary was a retired accountant. He is preceded in death by his parents Francis D. Maybury, Sr. and Irma Maybury Mathews, his uncle Jack Ingram, his brother Thomas Maybury and his beloved niece Malinda Copeland. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Maybury; his son, Christopher Maybury; his daughter, Carrie (Anand) Tiwari; his grandson, Alexander Tiwari; his granddaughters, Arianna and Ashley Tiwari; his brothers, Francis D. (Diane) Maybury, Jr. and Mark Maybury; his sisters, Katherine Copeland, Kaylene Dailey, and Michelle (Jeff) Crampo; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was a graduate of Warren Local High School and most recently received his master's degree from Ashland University. Among the organizations in which Cary happily volunteered his time are the , the Emerson Elementary School PTO (in Westerville), the Westerville North High School PTO, and the Westerville North High School Band Boosters. He was also Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 192 in Westerville, Ohio. He will be missed greatly by his family, friends, and colleagues. Funeral service to be held at 4pm Sunday, March 4 at Rutherford Funeral Home, 450 W Olentangy St, Powell, OH 43065. Visiting hours to be held Sunday, March 4 from 10am-12pm, and from 2-4pm.
