McCray Daniel McCray, age 92, made his transition into the presence of the Lord on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at his residence. He was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church for 27 years. He was a Columbus Public School graduate and attended Civilian Conservation Corps known as 3 C Camp. Retired from Ohio State University Hospital Dietetics Department after 32 years of service as Dietary Manager. Preceded in death by wife Betty McCray and son Danny Jr., sisters Elise Parks, Lillian Marshall, brothers-in-law Harry Randle and Willie Marshall. Survived by sisters, Piccola (George) Leigh, Ernestine Randle; brother, Charles Bowman; godson, Michah Dillard; host of nieces, nephews, cousin, friends; longtime special friends, Jimmy (Jean) Wilson, Charles Tenant, Wanda Dillard and Lemar Milner.
