He enjoyed hiking, fishing, history, playing and watching every sport, driving his lifted F350, listening to country music, taking care of his newly purchased home on Buckeye Lake, antiquing, traveling, watching movies with his sister late into the night, napping, lifting weights, drinking hot tea and eating home cooked meals with his momma, cheering on the Buckeyes and Browns with his dad, shooting hoops and long talks with his brother in law, sitting around the bonfire with his family and friends, snuggling with his dog Scruffy, but most of all he was inseparable from the love of his life, his niece, his little "rat", the light of his life, Fiammetta. He was a cherished and loved "Uncle JJ" by Kristian and Fiammetta.
