Obituary Condolences

DiGenova Joseph J."Joe" DiGenova, 71, of Delaware, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017 at Grady Memorial Hospital in Delaware. A United States Air Force veteran he served during the Vietnam War and was awarded the Bronze Star. Joe served 25 years as an elected official on Delaware City Council. Left to cherish Giuseppe's memory are his wife, Veronica "Vonie"; their children, Thomas of Pittsburgh, Tracy (Jeff) Feinberg of Upper Arlington, and Tim of Blacklick; grandchildren, Rachael and Joseph Feinberg; sisters, Rita (Terry) Hamrick and Jean (David) Moreland of New Philadelphia; brother-in-law, Andy Duda of West Lafayette; and family friend, Darren Dexter. He was also preceded in death by his twin sister SuAnn Duda. The family will receive friends Thursday, March 23, 2017 from 3-5 and 6-8 p.m. at the SNYDER-RODMAN FUNERAL CENTER, 101 Valleyside Drive (1510 W. William Street), Delaware, where funeral service will be on Friday, March 24, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment with military honors will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
