Keith Richmond Laux, 59, of Upper Arlington, Ohio, passed unexpectedly on February 24, 2018. He was preceded in death by his mother Barbara Ann Dillon Laux and father Richmond Joseph Laux. He is survived by son, Matthew David Ison; sister, Elisabeth (Betsy) Dillon Laux-Folkerth; and brother, Scott Christopher Laux (Brittany); nieces and nephews, Lindsey, Connor, Lillian and Lennox. Keith graduated from Upper Arlington High School in 1976 and Miami University in 1980 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. A gifted and creative mind, he founded Innovisions, Inc., an innovative design/ technology company and published "The World's Greatest Paper Airplane and Toy Book" in 1987. He was an animal and nature lover. He enjoyed traveling, scuba diving, fishing, sailing, golf, gourmet cooking, gardening, painting, motorcycles, science and technology. Keith was a loving and caring father who always took an active and supportive role in his son's life. He will be dearly missed. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the House of Hope, 825 Dennison Ave., Columbus, OH 43215. A service will be held on Saturday, March 10 at 2p.m. at Zion Christian Fellowship, 10405 Sawmill Road, Powell, Ohio 43065.
