Milton Vales Posley III Obituary
Posley Milton Vales Posley III was born January 3, 1963 to his mother Christine (Posley) Larde and father Milton Vales, Jr., in Earl, Arkansas. Milton was such a well-behaved, quiet, and smart child that adored spending time with his grandparents. During his high school years, he enjoyed sports and played for his high school team. He was very intelligent and made straight A's all throughout his high school years. Milton went on to study criminal Justice at the University of Akron, then later went on to work at Akron Storage Warehouse in the shipping and receiving department for 8 years. During his employment, Milton received many awards for his accuracy and safety in the warehouse. In 2008, Milton moved to Columbus from Akron and identified himself as a Pentecostal Christian. He was a staple of his community and family and helped anyone in need. On July 1, 2017, Milton was called home to our Lord and Savior. Loved by many, he is survived by his parents; four children, Yasmin Posley, Malik Posley, Cecil Rudolph, and Andrea Rudolph; and a slew of siblings, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and extended family. Celebration of Life 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 11, 2017 in the chapel of DIEHL-WHITTAKER FUNERAL SERVICE, 720 E. Long St., where the family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until the start of service.
