Ronald Plumley Obituary
Plumley, Ronald
1957 - 2017
Ronald Jay Plumley, age 60, died suddenly December 21st, 2017 in Columbus. Retired Master Sargent General in the 121st Refueling Wing of the United States Air Force. Employed with NetJets and a member of St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church. He will be remembered for many things, but foremost, as a father. He was a devoted husband, an avid cyclist, an adventure buddy and a rockstar drummer. He had a passion for riding motorcycles and even more so for buying them. He didn't know what he wanted, but he loved looking for it. He ran a small diner for his kids, aptly named, "Ron's Diner", where reviews of the food ranged from "Yuck" to "Fantasmigurial". He was curious for the sake of curiosity, always asking questions and eagerly seeking answers, and now he has found them. Preceded in death by his parents, Lorena (Baxter) Plumley and Allen Plumley. Survived by his wife, Mary (Wolf) Plumley; children, Aaron Plumley and Lauren Plumley; brother, Allen "Bud" Plumley; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call 4 – 7 pm on Tuesday December 26th , ending with a prayer service, at EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME NORTHWEST CHAPEL 4661 Kenny Rd. A Funeral Service will be held 10:30 am on December 27th, at St. Timothy Church 1088 Thomas Ln. Private interment later. In lieu of flowers, donations to the www.ohiotoerietrail.org
