Steven P. Â"SteveÂ" Sheldon Obituary
Sheldon Steven P. "Steve" Sheldon, age 37, of Dublin, died unexpectedly at his home on Thursday morning, May 18, 2017. He was born on August 18, 1979 in Mount Vernon, Ohio the son of Michael P. "Mike" and Brenda (Hess) Sheldon. Shortly after graduating from Highland High School in 1998, Steve moved to Columbus. He worked several jobs, most notably for Scott's Lawncare and security for St. Ann's Hospital in Westerville. Steve enjoyed all things traveling and this included flying and going scuba diving. He loved his country and had an affinity for law enforcement and military personnel. Steve will be remembered as a fun-loving jokester who lived willingly in the world of sarcasm. He will be missed by his mother, Brenda Sheldon of Knoxville, Tennessee; sister, Rhonda Watson and her husband, Neil of Centerburg; brother, Randy Bosworth and wife, Stephanie of Centerburg; his partner, Anthony "Tony" Koepnick of Dublin; and was loved by his many nieces and nephews who he lovingly picked on. He was preceded in death by his father Mike in 2006 and his grandmother Lula Hess in 2010. A Celebration of Steve's life will take place on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. at the Fuller Community Center, 33 Church Street, Centerburg, Ohio 43011 (located directly behind First Knox Bank). Friends may call on the family from 5:30 p.m. until the time of the service. Inurnment will take place privately at Eastview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to the Wounded Warrior Project at https://www.woundedwarriorproject.org/donate.
