Sara Ernestine Pegram
Sara Ernestine Pegram, age 81 of Lascassas, died Thursday, April 18, 2013.
She was a native of Nashville and was preceded in death by her husband, Walter B. Pegam, Jr.; her parents, Dock and Tina Poteete Fisher. Mrs. Pegram was a member of the Church of Christ. She was a Registered Nurse and graduate of Nashville General Hospital Nursing Program.
Mrs. Pegram is survived by her children, Walter B. Pegram III and wife Jennifer of Murfreesboro, Karen Bush and husband Larry of Lascassas; grandchildren, Amerson Pegram and wife Katie, Alex Pegram, Garrett and Sarah Bush; great-grandchild, Sadie Kate Pegram; brothers, James Dorris Fisher of Nashville, Morris Fisher of Whitehouse, Larry Fisher and Billy Fisher of Hendersonville, Ron Fisher of Murfreesboro; sisters, Mary Healey and Linda Dodson of Murfreesboro.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Brother Ron Caldwell will officiate. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, at Woodfin Memorial Chapel, (615) 893-5151.

Several years ago I was in the Home Demonstration Club with Ernestine and always enjoyed being with her. She was a delightful person and have enjoyed many laughs with her. My sympathy goes to her children (who used to ride my school bus) and rest of her family.
