Savannah Garner Obituary
Savannah Alora Garner, age 15 of Murfreesboro, TN, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 25, 2014.
A Memorial service will be held 7 p.m. Friday at Experience Community Church in Murfreesboro. Caleb Griffin will officiate. Visitation will be Friday at the church from 5 to 7 p.m.
Savannah is survived by her parents, Brett and Tammy Greear Garner of Murfreesboro; sisters, Sarah Reagan Garner of Jacksonville, FL, and Kaitlynn Holly Garner of Murfreesboro; grandmother, Barbara Ann Garner of Murfreesboro; one niece, Kylie Reagan Garner; one nephew, Connor John Howard; and a host of extended family.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Philip L. Garner, Shirley Louise George, and Jimmie Lee Greear.
Savannah was a member of Experience Community Church. She was an artist and loved listening to and writing music. Savannah had a deep passion for cosmetology and wanted to become a hair stylist or a special effects makeup stylist. She will be greatly missed by her loving family.
Memorials in memory of Savannah can be made to the Experience Community Church.
Woodfin Memorial Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.

Every year is hard. I lost touch with Savannah when we began 8th grade, but she was my best friend from 3rd-7th grade. She was beautiful. I have hope that she is with her Savior. I miss her. I am grateful to have known her for how long I did. My heart aches for her sisters and Momma, she loved them so much. May God comfort you, her family, year after year, and day by day. All i loved was how me and you stuck up for each other and it hurts so much your gone. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH SAVY I LOVE YOU!! It hurts to much but i miss you part of me left when you did and i just wanted to just die when i found out...I just left my wonderland and thought all about you because we stuck toghether like glue..You were loved by me..when you cried i cried..Rip savy

I did not know this beautiful girl, but I am a mother of 2 teen girls, and a survivor of this type of loss twice..my heart breaks, I send much love and prayers to all of you. She is safe in the arms of God, but the pain is no less. God be with all of you .

While this time is heartbreaking, Savannah has always been a bright light that reflected the love of her family but most of all the love of Christ. Because of that relationship this is not "good bye" it's a "see ya later". Garner family you mean the world to me. I love you.
