Carlos Quaresma

Carlos F. Quaresma, 57, a long-time resident of Bristol, RI passed on May 20th, 2023 in Lajes do Pico, Azores, his birthplace. He is survived by his wife Virginia, daughter Vania Beltrami, sons Milton and Derek Quaresma, five grandchildren, mother Maria da Rosa Quaresma, and brothers Joe and Sergio Quaresma. Carlos loved spending time with his family, watching the Patriots on Sunday, and watching the Portuguese National Soccer team. Carlos grew up playing soccer in the Azores at the goalie position. He spent a portion of his childhood in San Jose, California and moved back to the Azores in 1979. In 1991, he immigrated to the United States with his 2 kids and wife, giving his family an opportunity at the American dream. We will forever be thankful and he will be forever missed. There will be a service at St. Mary's Church in Bristol, RI on June 12th at 10am.
