Jordan Christopher Martin, 18, of Antioch passed away on July 30, 2018. He was born October 18, 1999 in Antioch, the son of Todd Martin and Angela Reasoner. He played youth sports, including soccer and football and attended Oakley schools.
He was a beloved son, grandson, brother and father. Jordan loved his young son, his family, football, basketball and camping. He had an infectious smile and made friends easily. He was sweet, kind and would do anything for a friend. He enjoyed working out and always dressed to impress, which earned him the nickname "GQ" among his coworkers. Jordan loved music and dancing whether he was at home, or in the car.
Jordan is survived by his son, Cylus; parents Todd and Angela; paternal grandparents Vern and Liz Martin; maternal grandparents Ann Compton, Austin Swindell and Benny Reasoner; great-grandmother Janet Martin; siblings Makenna, Andrew, Taylor and Tanner Martin; Mariah and Anthony Flores; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by great-grandparents Betty Martin, Beulah Reasoner, Kelly Martin, and Leo and Marlene Schwartzenberger.
A viewing will be held at Higgins Chapel in Antioch from 4 to 8 p.m. on August 8 with funeral services at noon on August 9.
