Makenzi is survived by her mother, Alyssa Potocki of Clovis; her father, Robert Saiz of Clovis; grandparents, Desire and Mark Edwards of Clovis, Michael Prince of Clovis, Anna Saiz of Clovis, and Robert Saiz of Pampa, Texas; great grandparents, Linda and Stan Taylor of Clovis, John and Diane Potocki of New Jersey, Patsy Prince of Clovis, Don Prince of Roswell, NM, and Luciano and Barbara Madrid of Clovis; uncles, Joshua Potocki, Christopher Potocki, and John Potocki; aunts, Amanda Cheville, Cisti Greenwalt, Victoria Saiz, and Zoey Prince; cousin, Rylee Potocki.
