Dr Kiker, you came into my thoughts just the other day. I was telling my friend about you what a great doctor you were, what a great person you were, how you helped save my mothers life, and saved her to continue to be with me . Roswell sure could use a doctor like you now, today. My you be resting in the Lords Heavenly Peace. Thank you, Amen.

Dear Mrs. Kicker and Family, Hope this finds you all well. It was only just a few days ago I was looking at a beautiful water color painting that Dr. John had painted. I purchased it at your Hondo Gallery and home for my dear mother Rose for Mothers Day. She was his patient, he adoringly wrote her a note on the back and signed it. When I gave it to her, she smiled, her eyes lit up with joy! If not for Dr. John I would not of had mama for as long as I did. Mama passed July 1, 2017 at nearly 100! Thank you Dr. Kicker for your helping my mama adding years to her sweet life and for helping many people in their time of need. " May you be resting in Our Lord Christ Jesus Heavenly Arms for His Eternity." Amen, Amen.

John was a wonderful doctor, colleague, and friend who welcomed me to the Roswell medical community in 1985. We operated, golfed, and worshiped together. He was so talented. He loved his patients and his family. And his Lord. Praying for the Holy Spirit to provide you peace that surpasses all understanding.

Dear Mrs. Kiker and Family, pet's, friends,
My sympathy to you all. I am sorry for your loss. Dr. Kiker was a great man, doctor, friend, artist, and mentor. He cared for those who are sick, and the poor, here in America and in India. Dr. Kiker in 2000' saved my dear mother's life with an emergency surgery. Both my mother and I are for ever grateful to him. My mother is alive and well today at age 98. I went to visit Dr. Kiker at his gallery in the Hondo Valley a few years ago. I brought him a bottle of wine. He just smiled...He was so kind to take time to speak with me. He asked how mother was doing, I sad very well. I thanked him again for saving my mother's life and for caring for her. While I was at his gallery that day, I purchased a water color of his for my mother and he graciously signed the back, To Rose, Your Friend, Dr. Kiker. My mother cherishes that painting! Mom was very saddened to hear of Dr. Kiker's passing. Dr. Kiker may you be resting in The Lord's Heavenly Eternal Peace, Mrs. Kiker may you and your family find The Lord's peace in your hearts in your time of grieving. God be with you all. With great sympathy, Rose and C.L. Stewart, Roswell, NM.

I remember Johnny well from my days @ the ENMU Baptist Student Union from '69-'71...SO many of us have SO many fond memories of what God blessed us with during those days/years. I had often wondered whatever happened to Johnny, and was not surprised when I read the obituary of what God had done through his life!! Prayers for ALL his family!!

I am praying for the family! Have fond memories of "Youth Rallies" when the youth from various churches would get together and worship! That is where I really got to know Johnny as well as when at ENMU. Great Christian example who live out his faith!

I am sending my sincere condolences to the family. May you find comfort in this thought found at Isaiah 61:1,2 which reads in part" God sent his son to bind up the brokenhearted and to comfort those who mourn."
