Roy Murray Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our cherished father and grandfather, Roy Murray of Andrew, formerly of Ashmont and Edmonton, on November 26, 2012, at the age of 71.
Roy will be dearly missed by two daughters, Sheryl (John) Langkamp and Kelly McArthur (Mike Jenkin); one son, Bob (Sharryl) McArthur; four adoring grandchildren, Kyra, Arlyssa, Brianda, and Cole; one sister, Joyce Syrnyk; four brothers, Phillip (Brenda), Roger (Lucy), Jack (Gerri), David; sister-in-law Gloria, and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Pat; his parents, Jack and Ruby; and brother, Russell.
Funeral Service will take place at Glenwood Funeral Home (south of Wye Road, on Range Road 232, Sherwood Park) on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 2:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

So very sorry to hear about Roy's tragic and sudden passing. He was always full of Laughter, Smiles and Love. He will be greatly missed by all, we were all fortunate to have had him in our lives. He brought a smile and meaning to Aunty Pat life....Hugs to all of you

Celebrating a life well lived. We will cherish the memories forever. Roy has been a friend of mine for the past 50 years. I had the pleasure of speaking to him regulary on the phone as friends would do. I will miss those talks. RIP my friend.
