I am so sad to hear of your mother's passing. She was a true pioneer lady in the Manning area. I always loved seeing her at the Moosecall Reunions and seeing her pictures. Treasure your memories.

To all the many families Anna so loved.
Wishing you peace and comfort as you remember a remarkable woman. A wonderful lady who wore so many hats in a life well lived. I was fortunate to know Anna as she sat in my hairstyling chair for so many years. She was a joy to know. I know she will be missed by many. My deepest sympathy.

Mrs. Nord was a teacher who had a sense of humor with the desire and commitment to see us learn the basics in cooking and sewing. I wonder how many times she saw pockets sewn in backwards but still with a chuckle for us and a patience that encouraged us all. Will miss seeing her at the reunion. My sympathies go to all of the family.

Sorry to hear of Mrs. Nord's passing. Such an amazing lady. A fond memory I have of her is 'dancing up a storm' with a group of us much 'younger' women at a Moose Call just a few years ago. She lasted longer on the dance floor then I did. She so enjoyed the annual Mannibg get-together and everyone missed her and her collection of photos at the last Moose Call.

I am saddened to hear of Anna's passing. She was a kind soul and I regarded her with great respect. I taught with Anna at Ronald Harvey School from 1976-1981. She was always calm and thoughtful with a quick sense of humor! I have thought of her fondly over the years. My condolences are with your family through this difficult time.

So sorry for your loss of such a wonderful woman! Anna was the librarian for our daughter in Kindrrgarten and Grade 1. She was also a member of our book club. She was a true role model of how to grow old gracefully-- and stay engaged in life. She will be greatly missed.

I'll always remember Mrs. Nord teaching us a banana dish. So patient and always a quick smile. I saw her at the T.A. Norris school reunion - she looked great. Condolences to all the family. Betty (Thomas) Maurice

Sending our sincere condolences to all the Nord family. Mrs. Nord was one of my favourite teachers. I still think of her each time I begin making a Roux when I hear her coaching me! What a full life she led, and the lives of those she has touched have given us all beautiful memories to cherish.
