Judy and family... I am so sad to hear of John's passing. We lost touch as you know, but I remember him well...for his smile, his intelligence, creativity, and humor. He was my best collaborator as a writer and I always looked up to his abilities as a writer and human being. I am sorry I cannot be with you. Please stay in touch.

Dear Michael,
I am so sorry to hear of your father's death. I am happy for you that you were able to spend time with him before his passing and that you were able to reconcile with him. It must have been an immense comfort for him to have you by his side. I know that you loved your Dad very much and that he loved you with all his heart.

Dear Michael,
I am so sorry to hear about your Dad. Although I never spent much time with him, he is still my Uncle and the only blood one I had. I will do my very best to be there to celebrate your father's life. My Mom and Reinhold send their heartfelt condolences. I wish things were different.
Love,
Krista

I did not know John long, and I did not know John well, but everything I grew to know about him was good. I mourn his passing, but I likewise celebrate his continuing journey.

I was privileged to share time with John when our paths of searching, learning, and growing intertwined. Thank you, John, for being a teacher, and, ultimately, just for being.
John, you were a good man among good men.
Judy, Michael, and Angela, keep those precious memories of times shared!

Words cannot express the loss of a loved one. I did not work long with John but he will be missed. My prayers go out to the Cserny family. I lost my sister the day before Johns passing and know your sorrow. John is finally at peace and his suffering is over.
