John MICHALEWICH Obituary
On September 10, 2016, with his family by his side, Mr. John Michalewich lost his battle with cancer at the age of 82 years.
John is survived by his loving wife, Cecile, of 57 years; daughter, Linda; son, Wayne (Cindy); son-in-law, Scott; grandchildren, Melissa (Lance) and Jena (Dan); great- grandchildren, Austin, Hudson, and Hailey; and siblings, Mary, Helen, Sylvia, Walter, and Leonard. Predeceased by his brother, Peter.
Thank you to the staff of the palliative care unit of the Redwater Hospital for their care and compassion shown to John.
Memorial Service Thursday, September 15 at 11:00 a.m. at Redwater Alliance Church, 22017– Highway 38, Redwater. Cremation has taken place and a private family inurnment will take place at a later date. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, Cross Cancer Institute, 11560 University Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB T6G 1Z2.

We've known John for 60 years.........57 as a brother-in-law.
We have very fond memories of John and were fortunate that
John and Cecile would visit with us on a regular basis.
A great man who will be missed by many.
