Karin STUETZEL Obituary
With great sadness we announce the passing of Karin Louise Stuetzel (nee Waldau) on January 27th, 2012 at the Halifax General Hospital, with her family by her side. She is survived by her husband Karl and her daughter Alexandra (Neil) and grandchildren Nina and Bjoern all of Halifax; a son Andreas (Sarah) and grandsons Maximillian and Julian of Duesseldorf, Germany; a brother Jan (Kirsten) of Dahlenburg, Germany and a sister Randi, of Harstad, Norway. She is predeceased by her parents Herbert Waldau and Ingebjorg Waldau (nee Larsen) and son Karsten.
Born in Norway on December 9th,1944 she grew up in Germany and moved to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in 1984 and married Karl in 1988 where they owned Charly's Meats as well as Sunrise Equestrian Academy. In 2003 they moved to Calgary and recently followed their grandchildren to Halifax, Nova Scotia, where she enjoyed the ocean view. The Family would like to thank all those who have sent words of sympathy and encouragement.

Dear Karl and Alexandra.
It is with sadness I learned of Karin,s passing. She was always the highligt of my visit to the business. She was a loving and warm person and I am ceratin you both miss her very much as I do. We have not kept in touch, but I have never forgotten you all. It is with my absolute most sincere symphathy I hope you find the power in you, to carry on with your head held high. And remember your Mother and Wife. Allan.
