You were awesome as a person. My friends and I enjoyed your smiles and quiet chuckling at Smylie's Restaurant in Sherwood Park. The special way you treated us did not go unnoticed. We will miss you but you will not be forgotten. Love ya, Johnny...

Dear Terry and Carrie-Lynn:
My thoughts and prayers go out to you both on the recent passing of your father. I will remember Uncle John as a hard working person at the Cathyan restaurant in Edmonton. He would handle all tasks at the Cathyan without a complaint. If he was challenged, he would only mutter "jeez". May he rest in peace.
