A candle in memory of Doreen and prayers.

Doreen Kirk, Big, beautiful blue eyes, you lived your life well. A song by Monty Python sung by Eric Idle at the closing ceremony of the Summer Olympic Games "Always Look on the Bright Side Of Life" is what you lived. Always made a negative into a positive. I have a lifetime of memories and will treasure them all. Miss you, cos. Diana from Vancouver B.C.

Jim my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. All those years ago Doreen was an unselfish mentor to many of us with her knowledge and love of horses. She will be missed.

I am saddened the loss of Doreen. I knew her only through her photography work at horse shows but I know there will be a loss with out her at the Combined Driving Events.

My Dear Cousin,
It is still only a short time ago, that I had received news of your death; but still, I am in pain and think about you everyday. I have heard the word 'closure' so often, but never felt the brunt of it. Now I know. It was all so sudden, and I never had a chance to say 'good-bye'.
My Best Love.........Cuz......B.

Hello Jim: I just heard the unfortunate news that Doreen has passed away. I always enjoyed our visits and recently was thinking I would like to see her for a visit and now I wish I had followed up on that thought. I know you two were very close and you will have an empty space in your heart but I want to say how sorry I am to know she is gone.
My heart goes out to you and to her family.
