Fred KOSTYK Obituary
October 29, 1932 - September 20, 2012
Fred Kostyk beloved husband of Sarah, passed away at his home on Thursday, September 20, as the result of natural causes. Fred was 79 years old.
Fred was born and raised on a farm near Sunnybrook and spent his adult life in the United states, Cuba and then Alberta. He worked in the oil industry until he retired to the farm which he truly loved. Fred lived a full life with his family and countless friends.
Fred is survived by his wife Sarah, his devoted wife of 58 years; children: Kathy (Ben),
Fred, Faron, Sandy (Andy) and Sharon
(Mike); seven grandchildren; three great- grandchildren. He was predeceased by his grandson Kurtis Mackenzie Sime.
A Funeral Service will be held at St. David's United Church, 4614 - 48 Street, Leduc, Alta. at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 28, 2012.
Interment to follow in Leduc Cemetery.

be made to STARS Air Ambulance, Building 16, Municipal Airport, 29 Airport Road
N.W., Edmonton T5G 9Z9 or a charity of donor's choice.
