August 2, 1954 – February 27, 2013
On Wednesday, February 27, 2013, Dean Jeffrey of Vegreville, Alberta passed away at the age of 58 years.
Dean is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Monica; son Phillip; daughter Vanessa (Steven) Mervin; grandson Lucian; grand dogs Gordie and Joni and grand cat Fred; his father Milburn; brother Clayton; sisters Lorie (Steven) Fleming and Lisa (Lorne) Hogstead; along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Dean was predeceased by his mother Mae.
A Celebration of Dean's Life will be held on Monday, March 4, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at the Bruce Community Centre. Private Family inurnment to follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the "Cross Cancer Institute - Volunteer Resources."

Hi Dad,
Just writing to say hello again and hope that you are doing well. We all miss you terribly, but don't worry we will somehow make it through. I think of you constantly and love with with my whole heart. Thank you for being such a wonderful father to me. You have left behind a wonderful legacy that will be remembered for generations upon generations. I hope that you are comfortable and happy and found a dog that loves you just as much as in heaven as Joni did on earth. We all love you and miss you.
