My love, thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. There are so many memories that will live on in our hearts. Our lives as neighbors/family were interwoven in so many ways. Gladys will be deeply missed, especially when I come home and look for a visit over the fence between us. Yet she lives on in our hearts, she is really not that far away, to stop for a chat over coffee. May God Bless her/you and keep her/you; The light of God's face shine upon her/you; May God be gracious to her/you; May God look on her/you kindly/ May God fill her/you with PEACE. I send you hugs and my love across the miles between us.

It can be so hard to face the first year without your loved one, but the love of family and friends can carry you through. I will always remember Gladys as that special person next door that looked out form my family through out the years in good and bad times. Over fifety plus years, she was Mom and Dads friend and second mother to my sisters.

To the Montano and Baxter family,in behalf of the Rodela family we send our deepest heart felt sympathy. Your mom was not only our neighbor for over 50 years she was like our second mom and grandmother to all of us Rodela family. Gladys was our mothers right hand when the Rodela children were growing up, we have many fond memories of your mother (grandmother). We will miss her a great deal. Our hearts are feeling your pain. May she rest in peace!
