Nieves Armendariz 85 went home with the Lord Saturday, October 27, 2013. One of her joys in life was knitting. She is preceded in death by her parents; son Gregorio Armendariz; sister Alejandra Lopez; brothers, Cruz Minjarez and Simon Minjarez and great-grandson Raymond Armendariz. Survived by husband Bonifacio Armendariz Sr.; son Bonifacio Armendariz Jr.; daughters, Mary Moreno, Juanita Armendariz and Bertha Sierra and brother Seferino Minjarez; twelve grand-children; 17 great grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren. Visitation November 1st from 5-9 pm; rosary at 7 pm at San Jose Funeral Home-East. Funeral service by San Jose Funeral Home (915) 590-8700.
