Catalina Alonzo Ramos, 99, passed away on March 13, 2014 at her residence. She was born on November 25, 1914 in Smeltertown, TX to Basilio and Mercedes Alonzo. She was preceded in death by her son, Roberto Ramos and great grandson, Christopher Venecia. She is survived by daughters, Rebecca Ramos and Raquel R. Infante, sons, Raul Ramos Jr. and Ricardo Ramos Sr., 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 9 great-great grandchildren, 4 living brothers, Luis, Alberto, Jose & Catalino Alonzo, 2 sisters, Socorro Lozano and Kika DeSantos, several nieces & nephews. The family extends a special thanks to her nurse, Liz Robles for the care and love she provided during her illness and to Primavera Home & Health for their help & support. Visitation will be held Monday, March 17, 2014 from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Martin Funeral Home Central, 3839 Montana Ave. with the Vigil at 6:30 P.M. Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Raphael Catholic Church. Interment at Evergreen East Cemetery. Honorary Pallbearers will be Adrian Infante, Javier Ramos, Omar Ramos, Nicholas Venecia, Frank Juarez and Jose Luis Castillo. Services entrusted to Martin Funeral Home Central.

Tia you lived a good life. Now you are with my grandmother and my dad. I know I didn't visit you often but I always asked my mother how you were doing. My mother will you dearly. You will always be in our prayers and thoughts. Now you are our angel from above. I will miss you and I love you forever. No more pain tia so rest in peace.
