Obituary Condolences

Mario Perez-Rubio went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 16th, 2014. He was born on January 26th, 1921 in Mexico D.F. to Luis Perez Rubio and Fransisca Bauman de Perez Rubio. He is survived by Berta, his loving wife of 67 years and his daughters, Elva Autry (Russell), Cristina Ainsa (Stephen) and Susana Prats (Jose) and grandchildren Kathleen Marie Autry, Stephen Anthony Ainsa, Margaret Marie Ainsa and Innumerable nephews and nieces. He will be remembered for his legacy of love, compassion and his infectious smile. He was dearly loved and will be forever missed. He graduated from Palmore School in El Paso and Academia Mercantil in Juarez. He worked at Banco Comercial Mexicano and later in El Paso at Central Finance. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21, 2014 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM with Rosary at 7:00PM at Martin Funeral Home West. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 12:00PM at St. Patricks Cathedral, 1118 N. Mesa. Pallbearers are Joseph Veytia, Sr., Russell Autry, Stephen E. Ainsa, Jose Prats, Stephen Anthony Ainsa and Joseph Veytia, Jr. Honorary Pallbearers are Tony Conde, Sr., Jay Dunbar, Lorenzo Padilla, Jr., Rick Cordova, Evaristo Rojo and Roberto Franco, Sr. The family would like to gratefully acknowledge Gentiva Hospice with special thanks to Ellen Chan, R.N., Helen Baeza, Yolie Licerio and as well as caretakers Martha Ortega and Edna Lovich for their loving care and support.
