Mom, it's been a week since you started the next chapter on your journey and for me it seems like a lifetime already without you. It still so unreal, like a cruel joke. It's difficult to accept that I won't get another phone call or text from you, asking if I'm busy, wanting to share a story about what happened at the Ranch or what new thing Violet is doing or saying. Or even in your sweet way just wanting to check in on us all and making sure we were all safe and well.
Your life here seems to have been cut short, like we've been robbed of more time with you and your sweet gentleness. For now I will cherish all the wonderful things you taught me, try my hardest to be a better wife, sister, mother, and friend. I will continue to share your memory with anyone who will listen, and be sure to help Chris and Katherine, so sweet Maisie knows exactly who her namesake was.
Until we meet again Momma... I love you, Julie Marie

It still does not seem real that you are gone. I wish we had more time but dad was calling you home. I'm saddened you will not be here to hold your new grandbaby, but I know you are watching over us everyday. Soar to the highest mountain mama. I love you and miss you.

To Peggy's family,
Words can not express how sad we were to hear of Peggy's death. She was a wonderful pet/house sitter for us for many years. We knew everything would be fine while we were away. Peggy was the best Nanny for Sox.

May Peggy rest now, in the arms of Jesus. You all have our deepest sympathy.
We miss her dearly.

Jaimee, John, Baby Sorrell and the rest of Peggy's family,
Peggy is the gentlest, most precious soul I've had the honor to know. Her loving spirit lives on in each of you and will forever be felt at the ranch.
While our time here with her physically was short, Peggy's energy has no bounds and will shine on.
Sending loving vibes of comfort and peace to those still here.
Ride on, Peggy. Ride strong.

I still can't believe you're gone, mother. I miss you so much and cannot express the joy you brought me always, and especially during you recovery stay with me after leaving Sierra, we laughed a lot and were very silly;singing, dancing, funny faces and just general antics. I will msis you forever and love you always. From number 2

Peggy was such a special person who showed kindness and concern to all those around her. One day as she was walking past Gigi's stall, she saw that I was sitting next to Gigi as she rested. She knew a photo of that serene scene would be a treasure and she didn't hesitate to get out her phone to take a picture and text it to me. A simple act but one that shows her how she was always thinking of others no matter how busy she was. I'm sure many of us blessed by knowing her have so many stories to tell about her big heart and generous spirit.
Praying her loved ones will find comfort in God's arms as He captures all their tears.
