It was an honor to have known Mr. Aguilera and to coach his son Robert at Riverside High School. Robert Jr. was an All-City football player and outstanding student and I know his father was very proud. I was blessed to have gotten to know Mr. Aguilera and his family and to share some great times. I cherish those memories. Mr. Aguilera's legacy is the great family he leaves behind. My heart goes out to you all. Rest in peace, Mr. Aguilera.

Robert, words can not describe the anguish and sadness our family-sisters and brother- feels in losing you, dear brother. I pray you are at peace, enjoying the company of our parents Jose and Elvira, our sister Dolores and our brother Joe, along with our nephew Joey Ledbetter. May Our Lord hold you, embrace you and keep you by his side (cheering on the Cowboys and the Fighting Irish) and may your wife Terry and your children heal from the loss and pain they are feeling right now. I will always remember you for your love of football, The Marines, 60's, & 70's music, and Family Parties. God Bless you always.
